Helen Norman - Collage Artist
Helen Norman is a Collage Artist who has exhibited frequently both in France, where she used to live and also in the UK. She has a teaching qualification in art having studied at Bristol University/RWA.
She is collected by a wide range of international people in the USA, France and the UK. One of her Collages is now in the National Historic, Sir Brinsley Ford family Art Collection.
Helen’s work is inspired by her love of Italian mosaics. She is also influenced by the impressionist painters. Many of her French scenes reflecting the same places that they too visited for inspiration.
She uses only torn news and magazine paper in her Collages with no use of paint.
Helen runs Collage workshops at the Chapel Arts Cheltenham and The Hen House, Staunton, Gloucestershire.
